Current Opportunities
All of our workers serve in the same role as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). While the duties are identical, staff may come from different relationships with the individual.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
DSPs are the heart of the support we provide, working directly with individuals to promote independence, dignity, and daily success.
They provide hands-on assistance with personal care, daily routines, and community engagement while encouraging skill-building and choice.
DSPs follow each individual’s support plan, document progress, and collaborate with families and care teams to ensure quality, person-centered services.
Administrative Positions
These roles support our individuals, families, and DSPs by ensuring smooth operations, communication, and quality services.
Program Coordinator (Supervisor)
Supports and guides DSPs, assists with scheduling, ensures accurate documentation, and helps maintain high-quality services for each individual.
Office Staff / Administrative Support
Handles communication, scheduling, paperwork, onboarding, and general office operations to keep everything running efficiently.
