Careers

Experience helps, but heart matters more. We provide training, and we look for compassionate, reliable people willing to learn.

Training includes completing most DSP coursework online from the comfort of your home, along with a few required in-person sessions such as hands-on CPR and medication administration observation. This combination ensures every team member is fully prepared, confident, and equipped to support the individuals we serve.

Our main role is Direct Support Professional (DSP). Administrative positions may include Program Coordinator (Supervisor), office staff, and administrative support roles. See our current openings on the Careers page.
